Seovoro ("we", "us") runs cloud apps at app.seovoro.com: Google Maps Scraper, TikTok Scraper, Website Contact Finder and Website SEO Audit. The apps are in beta. By creating an account or using the apps you agree to these terms, to the Privacy policy and to the Acceptable use policy.
You must be at least 18 and give a real email address. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using them.
New accounts get free starting credits so you can try the apps. One result (one place, video, website or page checked) uses one credit. Credits that a run does not use are given back to you when the run ends. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and we may change them. When we start selling credits we will show the price before you pay.
Use the apps lawfully and as set out in the Acceptable use policy. Audit only websites that you own or have permission to check.
The apps collect information that is publicly available on the internet. Results can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You decide what to do with them, and you are responsible for doing so lawfully. This includes the laws about contacting people and about personal data (for example GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM and CASL) and the terms of the websites and services the data comes from.
Google, TikTok and the other websites the apps read are not connected with us. They can limit or block automated access. A run may therefore fail, stop early or return less than you asked for. We do not promise any particular result.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors. We may change, pause or end any part of it. We will try to give notice when that affects you.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or is used to harm others. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, or for how you use the results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free use). Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the apps after a change, you accept the new terms. For big changes we will tell you in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any consumer rights that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be waived stay in place.
